I liked perfect location of this property.

The hotel was fairly clean and had beautifully maintained rooms. All the staff was extremely helpful, resolved my issues. I ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast. Plus it had magnificent view over city. No complains at all, the venue met required needs.

My stay here was excellent, the location was fantastic being near downtown and a big shopping center with plenty of dining options.

A real 4 star hotel. Good value for money, Easy to reach by car, Parking inside, Very efficient staff, Clean, Spacious rooms, Smal kitchen inside with everithing is needed for a quick meal. Good breakfast, Very close to the subway station, Close to city centre (4 stop by underground or 30 minutes nice walk in the park). Restaurants in within 100 meter. Perfect for family and business

The friendly staff, comfortable double bed rooms with excellent service, and the provided amenities like microwave oven, electric kettle, and fridges make this place a great choice.

No bell/room service. Very minimal reception and other services.

The hotel was very close to the metro station and the apartment we stayed in had everything we needed - we were able to cook a meal for guests!

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, with convenient amenities like a hair dryer, bidet, and bath sheets.

It is ideally located near the airport and the Gulbenkian campus with music and museums. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a convenient little place to have breakfast a few houses away and the Cortes Ingles is just a long block away as is the Metro stop to go downtown. The studios are very large and well equipped (2 TVs!).

Unfortunately the safe did not work. We did not feel it was essential the way the entrance to the hotel was guarded 24 H.

There was no information on the website or anywhere as how to get to the Hotel from and to the airport by Public transportation. All they needed to write was upon arrival at Airport take Aero Shuttle bus 96 an d get off in front of NovoHotel and walk back 199 meters. That would have made a huge difference and save a lot of trouble.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect for me as it was within walking distance to El Corte Inglés, a great department store. The neighborhood was also very nice, not right in the center but still very convenient. The hotel provided excellent services such as car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a safe, and a sitting area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. The location, services, and amenities were all wonderful.

Huge appartment, very clean with well equipped kitchen. Location is also very good, only about 10/15 minutes walk from Place Marques de Popmbal and in a quiet neighnourhood. Very helpful staff too.

Great value for money. I booked two rooms online and paid around €54 for each room where as directly with the hotel it costs €110. Hotel located 2 min walk from the metro station and big shopping mall that has cinema. You can also easily walk to the plazas commecio.

The staff at Real Residencia - Apartamentos Turisticos were friendly and cute. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Central Mosque of Lisbon and the Metro station. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The main beds were comfortable and the internet connection was fast.
